Reactors

Chemical reactors are vessels or tank devices for carrying out chemical reactions involving gases, liquids and solids. There are various designs of chemical reactors, which is mainly due to the wide variety of chemical process involved.

Classification of reactors:

  • batch reactors (mixers, pressure reactors and vacuum reactors)
  • flow reactors (tubes, columns or a cascade of mixers)
  • semibatch reactors where one of the substrates is fed in batches and the other in a continuous manner.

Reactors produced by our Company permit:

  • pressure processes (e.g. in a shielding gas atmosphere)
  • temperature measurement and control, heating up or cooling down (media: steam, heating water, chilled water, heating oil)
  • measurement of process parameters (e.g. pressure, volume, weight, pH, etc.)
  • processes controlled by software allowing high automation of the process, thus increasing its efficiency and safety
  • chemical, pharmaceutical or biochemical and biomedical processes, due to the variety of standards, configuration, and finishes of the devices we offer.

Parameters:

  • range of pressures: -1 to 10 bar
  • range of temperatures: -20 do 185°C (up to 300°C for pressures not exceeding 0.5 bar)
  • range of capacities: according to requirements

Range of equipment:

  • a heating jacket
  • an isolation mantle
  • low- and high-speed agitators
  • control and measurement accessories
  • other equipment required by the end-user
