Media Preparation Units

Media preparation devices are broadly defined devices for preparing process media used in technological and process devices. They find application wherever it is impossible to plug in directly into the energy agent lines of a plant or it is necessary to separate devices from these agents.

The group of such devices we offer includes:

• units for the preparation of heating and cooling media (water, oil)
• units for the preparation of hot air used to dry pipelines
• vacuum units (units for the preparation of technological vacuum)
• compressed technological air and purified air units
• filtration units

Media preparation units of our manufacture may be produced as variants capable of working in explosion-risk zones (i.e. working in such zones as well as containing an explosion-risk zone within them, e.g. collection of a mixture of gases and dusts combustible in air), compliant with the high standards of safety set out in the 94/9/EC (ATEX) directive, as confirmed by a notified body in an EC type examination certificate.

Our devices may have their own dedicated one-to-one control system or be plugged in the control system of the plant (e.g. as elements of a globally controlled technological line).
